Account use Users must provide accurate information, keep sign-in credentials secure, and use the portal only for legitimate gym operations, bookings, memberships, payments, messages, forms, questionnaires, and related account activity.

Bookings and attendance Bookings, cancellations, late-cancellations, attendance outcomes, package usage, and priority access follow the rules configured by the gym in the portal and any additional written gym policy shared with members.

Payments and packages Package prices, payment methods, expiry dates, credits, extensions, and adjustments are managed by the gym. Payment records in the portal reflect operational records and do not replace statutory receipts or invoices where those are required by law.

Acceptable use Users must not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorised access, send abusive messages, upload unlawful content, interfere with security, or use the service in a way that disrupts gym operations.

Service availability The portal may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, or third-party service interruptions. The gym may update portal features and policies as needed for operations and compliance.

Liability The portal supports gym operations. Health, safety, training, medical, payment, cancellation, and membership decisions remain subject to gym policies, applicable law, and direct communication with the gym.
